This definitely looks like a NAS problem. Your client waits 5 seconds for t=
he=20
EAPoL-Key message with the keying material for dynamic WEP from the NAS, bu=
t=20
it doesn't receive one. That's the reason why it disconnects.

Your NAS vendor seems to have problems with elementary maths. Since when is=

3 > 3?
