How to Capture Filter Only UDP?

The online help for Ethereal 0.99 is clear on how to capture filter for a
particular udp port. But it doesn't say how to filter on just UDP packets.
Do you just enter "UDP" for the capture filter, or is there a valid syntax
for this case?
