your python filter probably not configured properly
after start of pythonfilter in log writes messages of each filters :

---
filterctl stop pythonfilter ; filterctl start ptythonfilter
tail -n 100 /var/log/mail.log | grep courierfilter

May 5 19:45:02 lis courierfilter: Stopping pythonfilter
May 5 19:45:02 lis courierfilter: Starting pythonfilter
May 5 19:45:02 lis courierfilter: Initialized the "auto_whitelist" python filter
May 5 19:45:02 lis courierfilter: Initialized the "whitelist_relayclients" python filter
May 5 19:45:02 lis courierfilter: Initialized the "whitelist_auth" python filter
May 5 19:45:02 lis courierfilter: Initialized the "greylist" python filter
May 5 19:45:02 lis courierfilter: Initialized the "attachments" python filter

did you edit the /etc/pythonfilter.conf and uncomment lines with a names of needful filters?
after this procedure you need to restart pythonfilter as shown above.
