[courier-users] couriermlm and locallowercase

Hi there.

We use courier-0.59. Since some days, a user tries to create his own mail l=
ist=20
using couriermlm.

Now, we have the following problem: Whenever couriermlm sends out a chellen=
ge=20
that the user must respond to, the response address is something like this:
listname-subconfirm-FOOBARCAPITALLETTERS@listhost.com

Due to the "locallowercase" file, courier translates all uppercase chars to=
=20
lowerrcase and couriermlm seems to not recognize this.

What can be done to make couriermlm accept totally lowercase subscription=20
responses?
