There is no such variable.

Even if there was one, by the time you decide to do something with it, some
other process may very well have renamed this file, as part of normal
mail-related processing.

If you think you need to know the exact filename of a new message file, then
whatever problem you're trying to solve, you're trying to solve it the wrong
way.
