Unfortunately, because of smtp, imap, and pop3, that's nearly impossible.

Also check out ESMTP_LOG_DIALOG in ./esmtpd. Seriously though, it's
rarely needed.

When you do, please do it in an informed manner. This is not Microsoft
Exchange - it's better, so don't jump into it expecting point and
click solutions.
