Never use fantasy-hostnames and -addresses. Use real ones.

This behaviour is intended and cannot be solved the way you want. If you=20
enable TLS, messages should be transferred using TLS (as long as the opposi=
te=20
server supports it).

You test.pl-Server says "hey, here, I can do STARTTLS". After requsting it,=
he=20
says "ehm, sorry, some temporary trouble with my configuration".

Blame the remote administrator for his broken setup. To work around this=20
temporarily, you can set=20
test.pl: /SECURITY=3DNONE
in esmtpaccess to disable TLS for this domain entirely.
