[courier-users] Reload didn't take effect after Blacklist change

Hello,

after I've changed the Blacklist-Entries in the esmtpd configuration
file and then made a reload via
/etc/init.d/courier-mta reload and /etc/init.d/courier-mta-ssl reload
the new server-addresses are not used by courier.

If I make a RESTART then it works. Why is a RELOAD of the configuration
in this case not working?
