Then use a transparent SMTP Proxy, or ask your foreign mail senders to use a VPN, or webmail, or
only let through authenticated SMTP Auth using a transparent smtp proxy, or apply any other of the
ideas Gordon provided :P - It's the 21st century, after all, and spam IS a problem. Mail servers
that let anyone use them to relay email from not own domains from within internal networks is not a
good thing.
