Well, the problem is that the domain in question has broken DNS. =

Therefore, instructing courier to look itself up again will obviously
cause it to find the same broken DNS. Therefore you have to explicitly
tell courier what you want it to do; i.e. in this case give it the fixed
IP where you want it to deliver mail.
