[courier-users] messages being deferred

Hi guys,

I have an IMAP user who can't receive messages. Checked the logs and
saw "deferred" on a test message I sent.

I bumped up the quota in case that was it, and the next test message
went through straight away.

It seems a little hit and miss at the moment with some messages
getting delivered and others getting deferred.

How can I tell "why" a message was deferred?
