[courier-users] Books on Courier

Hello,

I am thinking about moving or setting up a new mail server on a Linux
platform and is currently thinking about courier-mta since it has
everything combined and more. I kind of would like to start reading up
on this server to see what all is required to install and etc. Are there
any unofficial books or documentation besides reading from the website?
