[courier-users] STATUS failed - solved!

I moved mail to another server and Outlook customers were getting:
'STATUS failed'
Thunderbird and IMAP clients were A-OK. Bizzare.

The specific message in Outlook was this:
Your IMAP server wishes to alert you to the following: STATUS failed

The .Trash folder was missing it's subdirectories (cur tmp new) because
when using rsync to sync the mail folder I had included this flag:
-exclude="**/.Trash/**"
That was a MISTAKE.

So, if anyone else ever sees this error, check all the various IMAP
folders for the proper structure, eg:
.family
.family/cur
.family/new
.family/tmp
