[courier-users] Courier-imap-4.1.1 and FAM

I have noticed that I see a bunch of error messages in my logs like this:
Jul 30 23:59:01 english-breakfast imapd: Failed to create cache file:
maildirwatch (username)

I found in the FAQs and previous threads that that is related to the use of
FAM. I don't think I need that feature enabled, is it possible for me to
disable that feature when building Courier-imap-4.1.1?
