[courier-users] Patch for whoson and a recent courier-imap?

Hello.

I want to use whoson[1] for pop-before-smtp authentication with exim
and courier-imap (courier-imap-4.1.1, FreeBSD port). whoson is running
and working with exim[2]. The missing thing is a patch for
courier-imap, so that a sucessfull pop3/imap login will be told to
whoson.

Is anybody useing whosom with a recent courier-imap and can give me a
hint for "how it works"? I only found an old patch[3] for
courier-imap.
