If courier accepts a message for a user, and then can not deliver the message, it stops accepting mail for that user, since the mail would bounce anyway. You haven't necessarily fixed the problem by clearing that blacklist entry. The message that couldn't be delivered is probably still in your queue, and when courier tries to deliver it again, the user will probably end up back in the blacklist. > I am guessing the mail queue for my user.
