[courier-users] 550 User unknown & webadmin password

we have installed Courier on Fedora Core 3

we are using courier-authlib-0.58 , courier-0.52.2.tar.bz2

We have mailt.comp.vjti.ac.in as MAIL SERVER

We created virtual mailboxs in vmail as
# userdb "ashish@mailt.comp.vjti.ac.in" set home=3D/home/vmail
mail=3D/home/vmail/ashish uid=3D501 gid=3D501

# userdbpw | userdb "ashish@mailt.comp.vjti.ac.in" set systempw

AUTHTEST was successful ...

root@mailt vmail]# authtest ashish@mailt.comp.vjti.ac.in
Authentication succeeded.

Authenticated: ashish@mailt.comp.vjti.ac.in (uid 501, gid 501)
Home Directory: /home/vmail
Maildir: /home/vmail/ashish
Quota: (none)
Encrypted Password: F4SbdxNqD6X2.
Cleartext Password: (none)
Options: (none)


we have created maildirs for USER ashish as

# su vmail
$cd /home/vmail/
maildirmake ashish

but when we try to send mail to ashish@mailt.comp.vjti.ac.in as
rcptto:<ashish@mailt.comp.vjti.ac.in>
550 User unknown.

But if i create do the same with system account created using
pw2userdb in usrdb it works fine...

tell us wher we are missing ..??

we want to use webadmin ..

1) Move /usr/lib/courier/libexec/courier/webmail/webadmin to your web
server's SSL cgi-bin directory. Take care to preserve the binary's
ownership and permissions.

we have done ..

BUT in which directory to execute make install-webmin-password (STEP 2)
in we tried in untarred dir n ther is no rule for install.....
2) Execute "make install-webadmin-password". This prompts for a
password, which is saved in the file
/usr/lib/courier/etc/webadmin/password.

Can anybody tell how to set webadmin password ...??
