I believe you have to somehow tell Courier where authlibmysql is installed.

Usually, you do this from the command line:

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=<location of authlibmysql>:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

Then restart courier.

Try that hopefully it works for you.
