[courier-users] Mail is hold and deferred

I have a server running Debian 3.1 with courier=20

This config has worked perfetly for some time now, but suddenly the =
server decided to hold back messages. The logfile says, for example=20

If I try to telnet to localhost port 25 I am able to connect.
If I do a testmxlookup I got OK answers

I have disabled iptables and verified bofh

Now, what is the correct way to trace the error in my configuration ?
