I just installed courier-imap 4.0.6 and appear to have everything setup
right. I sent an internal email to one of my users to create the maildir properly, which it did and the mail message is sitting in the new folder. When I attempt to pop in and check messages I receive the following: -ERR Maildir invalid (no 'cur' directory) Connection closed by foreign host. A check of the maillog file shows: Nov 8 23:52:22 localhost pop3d: Connection, ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1] Nov 8 23:52:26 localhost pop3d: LOGIN, user=testuser, ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1] Nov 8 23:52:26 localhost pop3d: scancur opendir("cur"): No such file or directory Directory structure and permissions appears to be correct but I can't figure out why its stating cur is not found. $ ls -l /home/testuser/.maildir total 24 drwx------ 2 testuser testuser 4096 Nov 8 23:42 cur drwx------ 2 testuser testuser 4096 Nov 8 23:42 new drwx------ 2 testuser testuser 4096 Nov 8 23:42 tmp What can I be missing? ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: Tame your development challenges with Apache's Geronimo App Server.
