[courier-users] delivery status messages

The situation is:

spammers send a lot of messages to unexistent addresses of my server. And
from address of such messages is unexistent too. And delivery status
messages are going to postmaster mail box on my server.

Is it usual practice? And can I suppress such delivery status messages?
