This is a MIME GnuPG-signed message. If you see this text, it means that
your E-mail or Usenet software does not support MIME signed messages. The Internet standard for MIME PGP messages, RFC 2015, was published in 1996. To open this message correctly you will need to install E-mail or Usenet software that supports modern Internet standards. --=_mimegpg-commodore.email-scan.com-16390-1131147599-0002 Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed; charset="US-ASCII" Content-Disposition: inline Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Michael Nguyen writes: > I was looking through the Maildrop documentation and had a question about > it. First, you need to get your mail server, Postfix, to put the recipient's address, that it's delivering to, into some environment variable. Before you say a word, I can arrange to send you an E-mail with the To: header reading "Dubya <president@whitehouse.gov>", so don't even _THINK_ of screwing around with the To: or the Cc: header in order to get the recipient's E-mail address. It's not going to work. The address must come from Postfix, directly. So, first, you have to hack Postfix to put the real recipient address into some environment variable. Then, it's a simple matter of using "import" in a maildrop recipe to get the address, and then do whatever you want with it. Of course, you have to be careful, and be aware of the security consequences of such an endeavour, lest you end up in trouble after some joker sends you some E-mail addressed to <michaeln@twentyten.org; rm -rf $HOME>. --=_mimegpg-commodore.email-scan.com-16390-1131147599-0002 Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.7 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQBDa/FPx9p3GYHlUOIRAt/wAJwLq8nIrqIIt4HxMJBlnXhG1OLP7ACfcgTw FM03Ilt6vxZwCiOZzX+tXiI= =/Qjy -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=_mimegpg-commodore.email-scan.com-16390-1131147599-0002-- ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: Tame your development challenges with Apache's Geronimo App Server.
