[courier-users] site-specific authentication code question

Dear all,
I've read that if I would like to implement some
site-specific authentication, I can do in
preauthcustom.c file.
Does anyone have example of this file, Would you
please send me the example.
Actually, In my database(mySQL) password field =
md5(username+password), so where I should edit or have
additional code in courier-imap becauser it's check
normal password.
