The courier default behavior of, when a delivery attempt to an address
fails with a temporary error, Courier will reject all subsequent messages to this address accordingly, until the original message gets succesfully delivered, is causing me a problem. We use extensive nested aliases as simple mail lists. If even one recipient has his mail deferred, all mail to that alias fails with the "456 Address temporary unavailable" error. Is there a way to change that, to allow incoming mail to be accepted and queued so that the other recipients get their mail? If not, I guess we'll have to set up mail list software -- any suggestions for a good, simple free one? We won't need any bells and whistles, no autosubcribe or such. -- Joe Long, ToolCASE LLC jlong@toolcase.com 303-268-1525 303-601-8507 mobile ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: Power Architecture Resource Center: Free content, downloads, discussions, and more. http://solutions.newsforge.com/ibmarch.tmpl _______________________________________________ courier-users mailing list courier-users@lists.sourceforge.net Unsubscribe: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/.../courier-users |
