We have a messaging application that would need to support notification
for tens or possibly hundreds of thousands of mailboxes, and we would
therefore like to avoid having to have an IMAP connection open for each
mailbox. Is there a way with Courier for us to build a server agent that
receives triggers for new mail and similar events, which could then fire
off a notification to our application?
