Seemed to work for me. I had:

LDAP_SERVER 10.1.x.x 10.1.x.x
LDAP_PORT 389
#LDAP_TLS

I built the rpm and installed that over .57. The rpm install script=20
removed these 3 lines from authldaprc and added:

LDAP_URI ldaps://www.example.com, \
ldaps://www.example2.com

Which I had to modify to be my own servers and ldap instead of ldaps.
