after some hours of playing and testing, it works. Both users can access
the directory. But if User1 put a new mail into the directory and mark
it as "read", User2 see the mail although as "new". User1 see 5 mails,
User2 9? The folder contains:

Hmm, the synchronisation seems to be very bad so? Is that a
konfiguartionproblem? FAMd is istalled and run. The folder was
createt with "write"-Permissions.

/etc/courier/imapd contains:

IMAP_ENHANCEDIDLE=1
IMAP_USELOCKS=1
IMAP_CAPABILITY="IMAP4rev1 UIDPLUS CHILDREN NAMESPACE THREAD=ORDEREDSUBJECT THREAD=REFERENCES SORT QUOTA IDLE"
