The recipient's mail server is run by an idiot.

This is not your problem.

If someone programmed their mail server to reject mail for some
randomly-invented stupid reason, it should not be interpreted to mean that
everyone else in the world should be obligated to find some way around this
stupid reason.

If someone has a problem with their mail getting rejected, simply inform
them that you are not the one who's rejecting the mail, and give them the
admin's phone number of E-mail address if they have any further questions.
