No. To check that, you should try the query by hands, e.g.

dig 4.3.2.1@blackholes.mail-abuse.org

for address 1.2.3.4. Then compare the result with their
web-based lookup.

Mail-abuse became a commercial service provider years ago,
then it has been acquired by Kelkea which in turn has been
acquired by Trend Micro last June.
