[courier-users] couriermlm - german templates

Hi,

some time ago I mentioned a german translation of couriermlm templates.
However I placed it now on http://www.georglutz.de/wiki/CourierServer .

There is also a small cgi script for subscription managment.

Sam, could you include the translation or place a link somewhere?
