That depends. How did you install Courier? If you compiled it on a
system that didn't have postgresql and postgresql-devel installed to
begin with, then courier would have compiled without support for that
system. In that case, you'd have to recompile.

If, on the other hand, you'd used rpm packages that had support for
pgsql, you'd probably need to go back to where you got them, and get
the courier-authlib-pgsql package.
