I have a script that does this if you'd like it. It's basically a hacked
version of the mb2md script. It works perfectly. Let me know if you want
it.

passwords from Communigate?

Hmm... I'm not sure about this one. We used CommuniGate External Auth
rather than the built in CGate password facilities.

The script I had moved 12,000 of our users from CommuniGate to Courier. The
remaining users on CommuniGate are users who are really active and have huge
boxes and thus I haven't taken the time to move them.

I'm not sure what you mean here, but I assume you mean moving from the CGate
server to Courier. The process I use is SCP + run the migration script.
The script I have does a bunch of database changes so that the system knows
where the new user is, but I'll send you a version that's hacked up so that
it does only the CGate MultiMailbox --> Maildir conversion.
