[courier-users] filter problem

Hi all

After upgrading from courier-0.49.0 to courier-0.50.0 the user filters are
no-longer applied. Mail is still delivered but not filtered.

I see in the changlog that some bug was fixed for this so I was wondering if
I need to do some other config to get it to work again
