Those appear to be standard directories, and should not need to be
specified...

Besides, here's Linux Lesson #1 : use package management software. It looks
like Suse uses RPM, so you should be building Courier rpm's anyway. Check the
Courier FAQ for the building RPM's as non-root primer.
