You compiled and installed expect manually, instead of building an RPM
package. Even though you installed expect, RPM does not know it.

You probably didn't know, but you already have an expect RPM that you can
install. You did not need to build it yourself.

You need to remove everything you have installed manually, like expect, and
install the appropriate RPMs instead, then rebuild Courier.
