[courier-users] Curious Permissions Error

Every now and then, I see one of the following errors in the
logs:

A463 NO Access denied for SELECT/EXAMINE on INBOX.Sent Items (ACL
"r" required)

Of course, when I check the user, I find that their permissions
are fine. There's no real pattern to it and they're REALLY rare
(perhaps once a week or once every five days with a userbase of
about 40,000). I just sort of wonder what's going on here as I
never saw similar errors from our old IMAP server.

Any ideas?
