I don't remember the beginning of this thread, but this sounds like the
standard MAXPERIP problem. Courier defaults to 4, while Thunderbird
defaults to 5. You need to have the Thunderbird setting <= the Courier
setting. Grep for MAXPERIP in /etc/courier and you can see what's going on.
