There are at least two problems:

1) The settings in authldaprc contain names of LDAP attributes only.

Not references to other authldaprc settings.

Not references to environment variables.

2) Courier does not implement {SSHA}-encrypted passwords. Courier
implements traditional crypted passwords, {MD5}, {SHA}, and {SHA256} in the
current version of courier-authlib.
