If you use "INBOX" as a value for that option, folders in the "INBOX"
namespace are displayed at the same level as Inbox in TB's folder list.

That should be the default.

Unless IDLE is broken on your server (as some people report that it is
on FC3), IDLE works very well in TB, and provides faster reporting of
mailbox changes like new messages. I'd leave that option checked.

In addition to those options, set "maximum ... connections to cache" to
2 or 3.
