hi all,
i found several docs on how to set up a primary/secondary high-availability bind solution. but i missed one big point: if i use fixed ip addresses based on my clients host mac-addresses i think there aren't any entries in my leases database files. so i think such a failover solution would not fit my needs because this failover solution is based on this leases file. is there a way to get my bind servers set up as a high availability service using my fixed ip address solution ? thanks in advance cheers joerg |
