I thought I looked at that prettty closely, when it looked the bind
installer 1.x and 2.x were getting lost, unstable results, very hit/miss
uninstall/install.

It would have been easier if the bind dlls were named uniquely so they were
grouped in sorte directory listings:

bind_lib_*.dll

or even better

bind931_lib_*.dll
