BIND9.3.1

Hello;
I have upgraded to the BIND9.3.1 release version ,
the server has 15000 zones.
after having deployed the new version i've tried to restart de daemon but it takes about 5 minutes;
with the version BIND9.3.0 it takes only 1 msec.
