WPAD?

I have Bind9 running on a Debian box. I'm trying to enable my web
browsers to auto-detect my proxy using WPAD. Could anyone give me some
pointers or point me to the information I'll need to do this? I've read
several documents but none of them seemed to be BIND-centric or easy to
follow. Thanks.
