CAVEAT: if you want to change an SOA record via nsupdate, you need to do=20
an "add" of the new SOA RR and the serial number of the new RR needs to=20
be higher than the old serial number. SOA deletes are ignored, and adds=20
will be ignored if the serial number isn't higher.
