Automatically add slave zones to secondary dns ?

Is it possible to add new slave zones to /etc/named.conf on the
secondary servers ?

At present, it gets long winded when I add a new domain to the primary
name server, then I have to go round all the secondarys and add it as
a slave on them.

Is there any quicker way to do this ? especially automagically ?
