Well Patrick, you were correct!

Seems I found lwresd in the build directory of bind, and started it,
and walllah! Seems to me that the build process would place lwresd in
the same directory as "named" (/usr/sbin)? Anyway, thanks for the
advice.

I will see if I can move it to the named directory nad have it start
with named.
