Pointer

Dear all,
I' ve ns server running Bind 9.2.3. I had client and they had his own ns server using IP add, example 10.10.10.3, his domain name example : example.com. I had pointer in my ns server 10.10.10.in-addr-arpa.db, right now in that file I set ptr for 10.10.10.3 :
3 IN PTR test.example.com

is there any other way to delegate that ptr to their name server, so he can set their ptr by his self for IP 10.10.10.3
