Master/Slave Refresh Error

I am getting the message below on my slave server running bind9.2.2 on =
windows 2000 server. The master is runninhg RH9 bind9.2.1.

The description for Event ID ( 3 ) in Source ( named ) could not be found. =
It contains the following insertion string(s): Jul 24 06:02:29.555general: =
info: zone 0.168.192.IN-ADDR.ARPA/IN: refresh: failure trying master =
192.168.0.131#53: timed out.=20

Any suggestions on to get them in sync?
