Domain data management using mySQL/php

I am looking into building a new DNS system that holds all records for
all our domains in mySQL.

Is there any systems that currently:

- hold all records for domains in mySQL
- have a front-end to edit domains
- security/reseller front-end to only manage specific domains
- handle reverse dns as well
- able to generate bind 9.2 compatible data files.

Obviously I would prefer something Opensource that someone could point
to me, as I would like to customise the solutions... But commercial
applications wont be completely ignored.
