RE: bind 8.4.1 on w2k?

Ah-HA! There are obviously various flavors of the mfc70.dll running around
out there. Found another that works - Version info is 7.0.9466.0.

Mark didn't ship the mfc70.dll file with the kit. It's needed to run
BINDInstall
since it was built using the VS.net (7.0) environment.
